Kill Resurrector first. Will keep you from having to rekill squad units.
Then take out Command Unit. Otherwise squad units will respawn on Command Unit.
Once you kill the Resurrector and command unit, the remaining DS Mantis may become confused. If this happens, their behavior will be unpredictable. They might fly back and forth for a time, but will eventually orbit. However, this isn't a guarantee so tread carefully. They may decide to attack.
